Postural gym is important not only for those with physical pains or spinal problems, often deriving from various problems that come from bad postural habits throughout the day, but also as a preventative method, thus aiming to prevent the occurrence of any pain and discomfort in the shoulders and back.

Cardiobox

Cardiobox is a discipline that derives from boxing, which uses all the athletic preparation and technique without actual physical contact or fighting.

Functional Training

L.A.B.

L.A.B. is a workout with exercises specifically designed to tone up your legs, abdominals and butt.

Tone-Up

Tone-Up is a physical training method in fitness style, which combines aerobics (cardio-fitness) with anaerobic exercises (resistance training with free weights) all within the same lesson.
